Learner Stories

TUETE KAMGA Victorine Josiane works as an operational logistics technician in the Humanitarian sector. She graduated from the National Polytechnic School of Marou in Cameroon. Her interest in supply chain grew while working as a Medical Visitor for Lactallis International laboratory in 2010 and she found the desire to continue and learn more about the health supply chain.

She is driven to learn, to explore, to improve her skills and to serve her country. She has an enthusiastic outlook on life and a sense of accomplishment in bringing positive change to her workplace.

I wish to improve the process of forecasting and conditions of storage of health commodities in my country and ensure the availability of relevant data.” says TUETE.

She suggests that the best way to acquire new skills is through continuous professional education and participation in volunteer work with public health organizations or hospitals.

According to her, the Collective Learning Certificate 1: Supply Chain for Health online course on the Hive platform enabled her to develop a better understanding of supply chain management and allowed her to learn new skills, adapt and apply them to gain work experience.
